from now on, we need formal sample approval confirmation from our clients for the samples confirmation, especially for the powder coated colors for the display stands.

for the gold colors power coated colors, we have more than 10 colors that we always make.

because of the different light, the colors could be changed.

before with the videos and pictures, our clients send us confirmation with mail or on whatsapp.

Now we do need a formal confirmation mail letter for approval in case there’s any misunderstanding.

and for better communication, it’s better for our clients to take a sample to have the final decision.
