3. for the clients who take the big packages products from us, generally we will have two numbers for you. uma. the number with CT(china post, or YD, etc), these numbers are from our carrier, which we use for reference here in china.after the packages are on board(truck, ship, train,etc), we will have an UPS, or fedex number to fill in your order shipment. with these numbers, you can track on our carrier’s website, or UPS, FEDEX website, when the packages arrive to your country. when you see them update information on etsy, it means that the packages already in your country, and you can get them in one week if no other issues.
