1. all our products are personalized products with different colors and styles. if you change your idea, please do contact us in 2 days before shipment. this is the window cancellation time for you. generally if you order the custom color, im 2 days we get the fabric, if your order is in production procedure, you can’t cancel the order.
2. please do carefully select the accessories such as the base, etc, after we ship the order, OUR SHIPMENT SERVICE DOESN’T HAVE RETURN SERVICE. our carrier will destroy our products, and we need pay EXTRA money for this. please do talk with us with your ideas.
3. after you get the order, if you find any quality issue, please do talk with us. we will refund you or replace you with negotiating with you. we are responsible here. don’t be too anxious about it.
